How it works
Bats are protected in most states, and extermination is both illegal and counterproductive. The right approach is exclusion: one-way devices let bats leave but never return, then we seal every possible entry point. Work is timed around maternity season so flightless pups are never trapped inside.
After the colony is gone, we decontaminate droppings and urine-soaked insulation, restore the attic, and install permanent exclusion screening on ridge vents, gable vents and chimney caps.
